Review: Well I am using Dell Laptop and can say that it is a good laptop with all the features required for a normal lap top. You can trust as it is a dell product. You can get good customer support but only for hardware , not for software for the first one...

Dell products are NOT as good as you expect

The Bottom Line: Spend your hard earned money else where. Best Buy has better computers, less money and a staff that knows what they are talking about!
