The Bottom Line: Best for those who don't have to shave all the time.
Review: I purchased this Epilady about 2 years ago after a bout of bad razor burn. It took me nearly two weeks before the hair on my legs grew long enough for me to use this device. And oh my goodness... I had no idea what I was in for!
