Excellent, but lousy documentation

Review: The installation process was extremely cumbersome, made much worse by the absence of a printed manual. There is a HTML file for the manual on the disk, but that is very hard to print out as a permanent reference. I went to Epson's web site to see if...

This is one heavy duty all purpose range

Review: I had never had a gas fueled oven before. We cranked up every burner, the lower oven and the main oven to 450?. Within a few minutes, the oven was at temp and held it. It cooks evenly with convection heat.

I love the center griddle burner...

A snap to set up, although you should make sure to buy a gas hose and a double-male adapter since the stove does not necessarily come with a hose and it has a female plug on the gas inlet. Hoses from the hardware store...
