GARMIN I3 REVIEW

The Bottom Line: do not buy a Garmin. Satelite acquisition is way way too slow. It can take up to 15 mins to gain Sats. Unacceptable !!!
Review: This is my 4th Garmin i3 from the Factory. The first 3 had problems tracking or finding Satellites. They would find them in 3-5 mins.. At first.. And after the 5th 0r 6th time using it, it would take up to 15 mins to find satellites. Then..The next...

For the money...get a new TomTom One.

The Bottom Line: No longer the cheapest so no need to deal with wheel & select interface. Go touch screen! (TomTom One is cheaper!)
Review: I bought an I3 two years ago from West Marine for $230 (they were great! matched Walmart.com's price!).

when it works its great, lacks performance

The Bottom Line: If you are looking for daily use, spend a little more to get a better performing one. If to get around town and occasional trips out, its acceptable.
