Already off to a good start, the iRiver H10 has several features and functions not available on the iPod mini. With colour 1.5-inch LCD, an extra GB of storage, FM radio, voice recording, digital photo album display and text viewer program, the H10 will even support replaceable batteries, the standard battery will run for 12 hours.

Better than an iPod!

The Bottom Line: I love my iRiver H10 - it's been everything I want in a player, plus it is a great on the spot radio and voice recorder to boot!
Review: I happen to love my iRiver H10. I got mine for a fantastic price at Overstock.com (new, not refurbished) as my first Mp3 player. It has some great features, and I've had very few glitches with it being used almost daily for about 3 years.

Worst Customer Service EVER!

Review: I purchased unit new at a Best Buy. I paid $150.00. It lasted 2 weeks and stopped working. I sent it back to be fixed and tech support re-sent the machine to me STILL NOT WORKING. I called again, put on hold for 1/2 hour, and Iriver said, "Send it...

Satisfied owner after several years..

Review: Having owned the iRiver H10 for over two years, I am happy to report that it is still working great. While the 5GB hard drive may be small by today's standards, the iRiver has been continually releasing firmware updates to keep the software running...
