The DiscZerver attaches to your network, providing CD-ROM access to all your networked PCs, just like many other network CD-ROM servers. But DiscZerver has an important additional feature: when the user loads a CD, DiscZerver reads it and caches an image of the CD to a hard disk within the unit. The user can then remove the CD and access the data, or load more CDs.
