Lexmark X4550 Wireless Multi-Function Thermal Inkjet Printer Disappoints

Pros: Wireless

Cons: Unstable, slow wireless connectivity; requires reinstall of software suite; cannot initiate scans from computer

The Bottom Line: Avoid this Lexmark series of printers, at least with Mac computers (though I can't imagine the experience is much different with Windows)

Pros: WiFi, Scanner, Easy Set-Up

Cons: A little hefty for a personal printer.

Review: The Set-Up is easy, and for around $100 you really can't beat the functionability with the included WiFi, scanner, and copying capabilities. Printer cartridges are going to cost money for every printer, so I wouldn't let that be a determining factor like ...
