Non-Techy Person Sets Up Linksy's Wireless Router With TIVO & Has No Problems

Well known router for 3rd party firmware

Pros: You can flash 3rd Party firmware which adds a ton of extra features.

Cons: Same quality as most brands and flashing with 3rd party firmware voids warranty.

The Bottom Line: Like any other decent G router but can be flashed with 3rd Party firmware to add features.

Review: I have lots of cheap routers and cards. With wireless stuff it always seem like a roll of a dice. You see people ranting about every brand including Linksys, which is often claimed to be one of the best networking brands. I ordered one of these a few ...
