The Bottom Line: Our second piece of junk from MGA.  To put it simply, avoid this toy!
Review: Ever wonder how a company stays afloat when they make junk toys?  I'm sort of wondering that about MGA.  Swim to Me Rescue Puppy is the second electronic toy we've owned from MGA that doesn't work, Study Buddy Koby Bear was the first.
