Pros: interface was easy to use

Cons: everything else...see above.

This reviewer does not recommend this product.

Review: Had this for one day...returning it now.

Right pan arrow sticks.

No maps come with it, the basemap is terrible and buying maps would add over $100 to the price.

Their website for support info is terrible.
