The ability to select bright apertures with fast shutter speed widens the possibilities of photography. The use of an extra-low dispersion (ED) lens delivers superb image quality. Features maximum 0.52x magnification, equivalent to 1:1 on a 35mm film camera.

Review: For a while there, I was purchasing a bunch of different lenses for my Olympus. Now, I have sold them all off except for the 50mm. I cannot believe how sharp this thing is for Macro and portraits. I use this lens with a E-520 and am always impressed...
