The camera can record motion pictures with sensational 1280 x 720P HD resolution at 30 frames per second. When you're done shooting for the day, just connect the camera to an HDTV and you're ready to view your still shots and motion pictures in high-definition beauty. The FX36 features a 2.5" LCD with a total of 230,000 dots for comfortable viewing. The LCD's brightness adjusts automatically in 11 steps as the ambient light level changes, so images are clear, bright and easy to see day or night, indoors or outdoors.

Panasonic DMC-FX35: What's Not To "Leica"

The Bottom Line: A solid camera with HD video capability that is also truly pocketable and light. If you can overlook its flaws you'll have a nice diamond, though not a perfect one.

The Bottom Line: The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX35 is enjoyable, easy to use and of good enough quality for most casual photographers.
Review: While I enjoy photography, unfortunately I am a very lazy photographer. I know I should use an SLR for the best shots but I can never be bothered to carry around a heavier camera or struggle with the focussing. I know a choice of lenses would help...
