Pentax Optio P70 Digital Camera

The Pentax Optio P70 is a high performance compact digital camera featuring a host of outstanding features. Its ultra-thin, high-quality metallic shell and stylish body includes a host of features, such as 12 effective megapixels for high-resolution images, a 4x optical zoom covering a focal length from 4.9mm to 19.6mm (equivalent to approx. 27.5mm to 110mm in 35mm format), plus a large, easy-to-view 2.7-inch colour LCD screen. The Pentax Optio P70 has been designed to be extremely compact, with a body as thin as 16.5 millimetres in some sections. In addition a high-performance imaging engine and a renowned smc Pentax lens ensure quality is achieved. The Pentax Optio P70 also records movie clips at 1280 x 720, producing movies at a quality comparable to high-definition broadcast. The Pentax Optio P70 is also equipped with an Intelligent Zoom function which can be combined with the optical zoom lens to extend the zoom range to approximately 25x.
