A little Powerhouse, but a little too Automatic

Review: Simply amazing what this camera can't do. Unfortunately it is amazing what the camera won't let an experienced photographer override on it's controls.

Workhorse Camera, good speed most of the time, gets a few blurrys

The Bottom Line: Great camera, hard to find anything better at the current price level. Newer canon models don't have as big of flash and seem to be built not as solid.
Review: The Canon SD500 is one of the better compact cameras on the market even today with newer models becoming available and the price point now makes it a best buy in many cases over the A series cameras which are larger and less sturdy in my opinion...

Great Camera for Any User
