DLT-V4 is the fourth-generation DLT-V product, combining exceptional performance with affordable drive and media prices. It enables customers to backup today's higher capacity disk drives on a single tape cartridge, to accelerate backup and restore times, and to reduce costs. With enhanced manageability features and the proven reliability of DLT® technology, DLT-V4 is the new standard for SMB backup. The Quantum DLT-V4 tape drive features 320 GB of compressed capacity, 20 MB/s compressed transfer rate and uses the same media as the DLT VS160, DLTtape ® VS1. The DLT-V4 is equipped with enterprise-class features DLTSage , a suite of management tools and DLTIce easy-to-use WORM archival functionality. The DLT-V4 drive is backward compatible to the DLT1, DLT VS80 and DLT VS160, protecting your investment in DLT® technology.
