My 2nd Sansa.. Never Again

Pros: Nice player for the week that it (kinda) worked.
Cons: Horrible customer service. Buggy firmware.

Locks up.

Pros: No special software, plays WMA & MP3, 16g + Micro SD.
Cons: Locks up.
