Reistance Is Not Futile - I'm Not a Pod Person

The Bottom Line: If you want to avoid Apple at all costs, this may be your ticket. Some minor (and not so minor) issues may hold it back, however.
Review: UPDATE June 24 2008 - My initial review of this player was quite positive.

However, after I'd owned it for a while, I plugged in the cable one day and Windows informed me that it was unable to connect to the device.
