Good walk around lens despite its weight

The Bottom Line: Great all purpose lens. Opt for canon primes if you don't need zoom.
Review: I bought this lens instead of a canon L lens due to the cost difference and decided to go for it after reading many good reviews. I cannot compare it to an L lens, as many reviews do.

The Bottom Line: It's 1/2 the price of the Canon L but 3/4 the lens. I have recommended it to friend.
