The Sony KDL32L4000's 720p LCD panel delivers more than a high definition 1366 x 768 pixel resolution. The teeny little "p" in "720p" is your sign that this flat panel HDTV is capable of displaying video content 'progressively'. Progressive scanning of video content refers simply to the way in which an image is "written" onto the screen.

The Bottom Line: Taking into consideration all other competitors in the way of choices in televisions, I would purchase the same.

Purchased at Wal-Mart for $686 (on sale), before tax, the LCD wall-mounting bracket (not manufactured by Sony), also was purchased at Wal-Mart for $54.84, before tax.
