best graphics of any SF game

The Bottom Line: when you buy it used, it is a great purchase for your money.
Review: Street Fighter EX3 has the best graphics of any Street Fighter (SF) game ever produced. The characters are huge (compared to previous SF games). The animations are very fluid and very realistic. Kicks really look like kicks, and punches accurately...
