Format Flaws - Irreparable

Pros: Price
Cons: PAL discs are for Europe, not USA. This is a fatal flaw.

Expect 2 years at best

Pros: inexpensive, worked fine for a year or two, "memory" after shut-down
Cons: broke down, cheap mechanical parts
