Old but reliable P3 class laptop tha can run Windows XP

Pros: Easy to upgrade Wifi, memory, hdd. Two PC Card slots enable easy expansions.

Cons: Original power supply was flaky and causing crashes. Universal replacement PSU fixed it right up.

The Bottom Line: Not a bad older laptop for Web surfing. Give it a few upgrades and install Windows XP to max it out.

Review: This was an excellent laptop in it's day, and even now it will run Windows XP surprisingly well if you give it some upgrades. Here's what I recommend: Upgrade to 512MB of RAM. Windows XP will run like a dog if you don't have enough memory. You will ...
