Review: Beautiful!!! The Yamaha makes my Onkyo sound like a coffee can full of broken glass. My turntable sounds great too. I have it hooked with a pair of Polk Monitor 60 s. I will be in the market for a subwoofer soon and plan to upgrade the speakers. Buy...

Solid choice for a good old fashioned, simple unit!

Review: I just got my RX-797 and love it! Great, tight sound. I bought the unit for my rec-room, and have no need to do any home theatre stuff. Lots of power, low THD, and a bunch of inputs to include phono, and XM (if you buy the antenna/subscribe).
