The Bottom Line: I would say if want a cheap vacuum.. you'll get what you pay for. In most cases it would probaly be worth it to pay more and get better quality.
When I first bought this product I was happy with it- for about a month. It worked great and the suction was very good. I don't have that much carpeted area, so I didn't want to buy a very expensive vacuum, so I settled on this one. I thought the bag less design would be much easier than buying and changing bags.. and basically it is, although it can get a little messy because when you take out the compartment to empty it, dust tends to fly everywhere. I recommend emptying it before you vacuum or you will have to vacuum up what you spill. After about month it started to majorly lose suction, so I took out and washed all the filters..this can be time consuming since they have to air dry.. its also kind of gross and again dust will fly everywhere when you take them out. I recommend washing them quite often or the suction will be low. I think the vacuum is a bit noisy and my 3 year old is a little afraid of it because of the noise level. The vacuum is a decent weight and is not very hard to carry around. The vacuum also comes with a couple attachment and the extending hose is helpful- at the present time the hose is getting much better suction than pushing it around.. I was not really impressed with the vacuum- but it gets the job done, if only for little while. I think for the money I couldn't have expected to much more out of it. If you vacuum quite a bit or have a large area to vacuum I think you can do way better than this. It may cost more but I think it would be worth it.
