Not worth the money

Date of Review:  Jul 2, 2009
Review: I bought these headphones when the original ones that came with the ipod broke. I found that these were quite expensive for what you actually received.

Also, they fit a standard ear size, so if you've got a big ear canal, you have no...

Alright... but didn't fit too well

Date of Review:  Jul 20, 2009
Review: Whilst the apple brand and design of these headphones makes them elegant, beautiful and stylish, they are let down by a small flaw.

I thought I had "average" sized ears and ear canals, however, these fitted too loosely into my ears. Upon...

The In Ear Headphones are More Tedious Than Enjoyable

Date of Review:  Dec 23, 2007
The Bottom Line: For an extra 10 dollars, Apple doesn't offer a good enough headphone with consistent good sound.
Review: One late night I was in studio working on a house model. As I was cutting illustration board to make miniature walls, I was listening to my iPod on full blast; the only thing that keeps me awake at 3 AM. My iPod was casually resting on the table...

Try Before You Buy

Date of Review:  Mar 17, 2006
The Bottom Line: Not worth the money even if you can get them to stay in your ears.
Review: After three years with my original basic Apple earbuds, I decided to go for an upgrade. I found the Apple in-ear headphones on sale and made an uninformed impulse buy.

I figured they would be on par with every other Apple I've owned over...

Don't move!

Date of Review:  Jan 19, 2008
Review: I got these because I have little ears and my original ear buds hurt. I thought I could get these to work considering they came with different sized caps. The sound is excellent *if* you hold completely still and you hold them in. If you have just...

"Damn thing keeps falling out"

Date of Review:  Jan 1, 2009
The Bottom Line: If they don't fit comfortably in your ear, does it really matter how well they are built?
Review: Headphones in general come in 4 distinct designs nowadays.
In ear buds that fit in the ear canal; Clip on for people who like in-ear models but can never find a pair that fits well enough to stop falling out; Over the head/ear the traditional...

Too fragile!!

Date of Review:  Mar 2, 2006
Review: Bought these a couple of months ago to replace the standard iPod headphones which sound terrible. These sound GREAT once you get the fit correct. There are a lot of options to so with with the multiple earpieces included and some creative wiggling...

These will only stay in the ears of the dead

Date of Review:  Dec 6, 2005
Review: I bought these from a major electronics dealer, took them home and used them. No matter which size bud I chose (S, M, or L), the in-ear headphone fell out of my ears within 1 minute. If I sat very, very still and didn't turn my head to look at...

Very good if they fit

Date of Review:  Dec 26, 2005
Review: The bottom line is that if any of the three pieces fit your ear, you will be satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately if your inbetween sizes, your out of luck.
Thankfully I fall in the first group where these fit well.

Excellent Mid-Line Headphones

Date of Review:  Jan 27, 2006
The Bottom Line: If you are looking for sub $50 headphones, you will be happy with these.
Review: I listen to my music and podcasts primarily via a 5G video iPod. There are times when I am on the go that I just take my Apple Shuffle for my music.

How I came to use these headphones is very interesting. My normal set of 'nice' headphones...
