The Ipod classic 6th generation 80gb is a fantastic video mp3 player. It consists of everything desired in a music playing device: huge memory, sharp looks, good sound quality and easy use. The memory is unfathomable at times, i have around 2000 songs on mine at the present time and this is only around 10% of the memory. The Ipod also has the capability to play movies and tv shows which helps on long journeys as the quality is high and can keep you entertained for a long time. The battery life is also very good but unfortunately a plug charger has to be bought seperately as the Ipod only charges when connected to a computer which is not always convenient. Also, it can occasionally freeze which requires a reset action and can be frustrating when listening to music. A word of advice, it is a good idea to buy a carry case for the ipod as the back can get scratched extremely easily and ruin the look of the player. Overall though, apple have outdone themselves with a fantastic gadget for any music lover.
