The Bottom Line: Buy this, just make sure that the latest software for the ipod is on there before you start doing any serious dowloading. great sound quality, great video quality, great everything.
I got an 8gb ipod nano as a graduation gift from high school. I had asked for one, and finally got. I decided not to open until I got my new laptop from my college that im going to. I put a couple songs in itunes, and started the ipod. It was easy to put those couple songs on. then the trouble started.
I then put more songs in itunes, and tried plugging my ipod in. itunes did not detect my ipod. I had to disconnect the ipod, which then lead me to restoring it. the ipod then told me that all 8gb on memory was used up. I was so frustrated, I had to take my ipod to my local apple store to get it fixed (luckily it was under warranty.
I found out that the ipod software was out of date, and I simply needed to download the latest software for the ipod. it now works fine.
podcasts are great, and now it is easy to put music onto my ipod. video quality is awesome, and the ease of downloading from intunes is amazing. I was always against ipods, but this one changes my mind, despite some setbacks in the beginning.
