Epinions New G4 Powerbood Still Too Fragile, Support Bad

Pros: Nice looking, good for non-serious computer users and Apple fans.
Cons: FRAGILE, POOR SUPPORT, PUTS FORM WAY AHEAD OF FUNCTION.
The Bottom Line: In spite of the many Windows problems, I don't see why anyone would own an Apple.
Review: I recently purchased a new G4 Powerbook. It is the 15" model with the 1.6 GHz processor. It is pre-Intel CPU but I only bought it a month or so ago. This is my first Apple and I was trying to change over due to the many problems I have had over the years ...

Epinions stick with WINDOWS laptops

Pros: shiny
Cons: lack of software
The Bottom Line: stick with WINDOWS more bang for the buck
Review: When purchasing a computer, caveat emptor (let the buyer beware): many computer services and/or software are only available for WINDOWS PCs not apple macs:

* NO free Dialpad (www.dialpad.com)software for free local + long distance telephone...

Epinions I will never buy another Apple Product

Pros: It looks cool
Cons: No CD-RW, no Floppy drive, Horrible Quality and even worse tech support and Customer Relations
The Bottom Line: Apple is more concerned about product sex appeal than quality and substance. Buy a Dell Insperion; you get much more computer for the same price.
Review: I had been a diehard Mac user (actually Power Computing - a MAC clone) since 1994, but my ordeal with this computer has finally driven me as far away from Apple as I can get. My PowerBook G4 worked for only one day, then the screen began to flicker out....
