Epinions Hello, you wonderful little thing...

by  seanmcleary,  Feb 2, 2006
Pros: Very small and light, great battery life, good sound, very nice controls
Cons: Scratches easily, headphone port close to dock port causes a minor problem
The Bottom Line: The size of the device is superb, as is the battery life. The small capacity is less of an issue than it may seem.
Review: There were two things I hated about my Generation 2 iPod: 1) the battery life sucked and got worse with age, and 2) it was kind of big and heavy. Nothing to stick in a pocket. The Nano fixes both of these incredibly well. I think I'm in love. ...

Epinions The best and smallest iPod yet!

by  charlesp2001,  Mar 27, 2006
Pros: Super small, great color screen, great sound, inexpensive
Cons: The back is a finger print magnet!
The Bottom Line: Apple's iPod nano is a super small MP3 player with all the features you could ever want!
Review: I'm extremely happy with my 4GB iPod nano! I couldn't believe how small it was! When I first got the nao I was pretty much expecting a slightly smaller iPod mini with a color screen but the nano is far from it. It's a thin as a magazine and smaller ...

Epinions Incredible Device my nPod (4 GB)

by  loslund,  Sep 14, 2005
Pros: Fully-functioned, take everywhere iPod
Cons: None
The Bottom Line: Hard to believe, so much for so tiny. I didn't know I missed having this Pod until I owned one. Would make a fantastic gift.
Review: It does not take long for this tiny guy to become your best friend. It is tiny, weighs nothing - it can actually dangle from the provided headset jack without crashing to the floor. This is all solid state, so should there ever be a fall, the ...

Epinions A Cyclist's Dream! - Updated 4-20-2006

by  unXplained,  Dec 17, 2005
Pros: Crazy small. Crazy light. Good battery life. The perfect workout companion.
Cons: Battery doesn't last long enough for marathon-type events (double, triple centuries)
The Bottom Line: Great player. Invest in a protective case and you'll be as happy as a clam.
Review: I have been in the market for an MP3 player for a few years now. After an exhausting search, the Nano has arrived. And its everything I wanted in a player. I tend to be one of those people who research every purchase to death. I did so with my car, ...

Epinions Give your life a soundtrack with the Nano

by  pspark,  Oct 29, 2005
Pros: Style, user-friendly, impossibly small, good memory space, extra features, color screen.
Cons: Easily scratched, PC bios conflicts, pricey.
The Bottom Line: The Nano is the perfect compromise between portability and the need for large storage. While delicate, it is user-friendly and has many features.
Review: Introduction I grew up with Apple products. My first computer was the original 128k Mac. A few years ago, something went horribly wrong and I converted to PC use for price, mod-ability, and most importantly, games. This may be the product ...

Epinions Best Runnin' buddy ever!

by  cox22,  Jun 20, 2006
Pros: Small, durable, light-weight, and versatile.
Cons: It's pricey and not wireless.
The Bottom Line: I would totally recommend this, everyone should own one. It has been the easiest, light-weight running companion I've ever owned.
Review: I imagine the iPod Nano will overtake the higher capacity iPods in popularity, if it hasn’t already, shortly because of its size, price, and cool factor. Apple has made the Nano smaller, without compromising much. At 3.5 x 1.6 x 0.27 inches a ...

Epinions An iPod Nano for a devoted Apple fan

by  duckied,  Nov 9, 2005
Pros: size, lightweight, features, song quality, ease of use, manufactured by Apple
Cons: only a USB charger, fingerprinting
The Bottom Line: My final recommendation is that everyone should consider the Apple iPod Nano. I highly recommend it because of its features, quality, and durability.
Review: I bought my 4GB black iPod Nano because I became tired of the multiplying stacks of thick, plastic Cd's lying around the house that were starting to become confusing and difficult to find. I already had a current iTunes Library on my iMac, so decided it ...

Epinions I can't believe it's iPod.

by  ratnarat,  Jun 28, 2006
Pros: Durable (to a point), fairly inexpensive, tiny, functional
Cons: Limited memory, collects scratches like Courtney Love collects felonies
The Bottom Line: It's a crazy small iPod! Why not?
Review: The iPod nano. The smallest real iPod you'll ever own. It was dubbed the super-Shuffle before it's unveiling. It sold completely out in minutes. It came in black, finally. It was given out as a free gift to new lessees at my apartment complex. ...

Epinions iPod Nano (1st Gen)

by  theheidis,  Sep 10, 2007
Pros: size
Cons: way to easy to scratch
The Bottom Line: small, cute, fun
Review: I got this black 4gb Nano when they first came out back in September 2005. I thought I'd enter a review of my thoughts/opinions here for anyone interested. (Many other places list the specs, etc.) Since this came out - there have been 2 remodels - ...

Epinions Was there anything else before IPOD????

by  bootang_24,  Mar 17, 2007
Pros: Amazing memory, light, easy to use, awesome piece of equipment
Cons: I have heard you have to send in the Ipod to get the battery replaced
The Bottom Line: The best MP3 investment you'll ever make, just decide how much GB's you need, expect it to be a bit of an investment but you won't regret it.
Review: Life didn't exist before IPOD...I love my Ipod and don't think i'll have anything else every again!!! I have the 2GB Nano, but honestly I don't have that much music YET I have not even come close to maxing out my GBs. I bought my IPod from ...
