Apple iPod nano 2nd Generation Silver (4 GB) MP3 Player

I have had a black ipod nano for 1 year and recently purchased a silver one for my husband from Apple.com. I was pleasantly surprised that Apple had the ipod nano for a very reasonable price and to top it all off, they actually engraved a special message from me to my husband on the back! We love the nano because of its small size and it is really easy to work.
The only issue I have had with the nano was one day I turned it on and got some kind of error message. I called the Apple service department that I found online and within a minute he had my nano up and working again. I was very impressed and haven't had any problems with it since.
