Epinions Gives a lot while leaving little to be desired

by  incoming1084,  Jun 8, 2006
Pros: cleaning (lifting dirt), heated water, easy to use,
Cons: bladder, wet floor attachment lifts rotating brushes off floor, rugs still pretty wet after cleaning
The Bottom Line: This is a great carpet cleaner for the money...
Review: I did quite a bit of research between the Bissel and the hoover steam cleaners. I am the owner of a previous Bissell (older model), and that actually swayed me to lean towards the Hoover due to the lack of cleaning abilities my old Bissell had. The ...

Epinions On our list of favorite contraptions!

by  missiowa,  Jul 2, 2007
Pros: Automatically mixes shampoo and water for particular situations (high traffic vs. light traffic)
Cons: Dirty water level doesn't seem to jive with "full" level posted on waste tank
The Bottom Line: Can't go wrong with this machine!
Review: This is on our top 10 list of coolest contraptions we've purchased since we got married (2004)! We were very impressed with how much crud this thing pulled out of our carpet! Our cats have yacked furballs that have left slight discolorations on the ...

by  sjaxkingpin217,  Aug 22, 2007
Pros: Powerful on Stains, Easy to Use, priced right (on sale around 200USD)
Cons: None
The Bottom Line: If you are buying a Carpet Cleaner, buy this one. I can't imagine how you could go wrong.
Review: So often with vacs and carpet cleaners, marketing terms and advertising make it impossible to tell a good model. Let me say that this is the best Carpet Cleaner I have ever used. It does a fantastic job with stains and generally dirty carpet. I like ...

Epinions This is the best carpet cleaning machine!

by  ellen_evon,  Jan 18, 2007
Pros: Picks up all it puts down, adjustable soap amounts, 2-in-1 tank, heats the water
Cons: I haven't found any!
The Bottom Line: This is the best carpet cleaner I've ever tried! It is easy to use, heats the water, has great smelling cleaners, and sucks up all the water it puts down.
Review: I am in a rent house that is 8 years old, we've lived here for 6 month. I have no idea how many people lived on this carpet before we did. I do know that the carpets were "professionally" cleaned before we moved in. I've used several different friends ...

Pros: PAYS FOR ITSELF IN A FEW USES, GREAT QUALITY, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Review: This is the second review I have ever written in my life commenting on how great a product is! I have 5 pets, kids and a husband that tracks in everything. I have had numerous commercial services come in and the carpet still didn't give the greatest ...

Epinions Unbelievable performance from a vacuum you can own!

by  signalzeroleo,  Jan 13, 2006
Pros: Incredible cleaning in a Compact and very affordable package.
Cons: I didn't purchase one of these years ago.
The Bottom Line: If you own carpets, you can't live without this machine once you try it out. Of course, it may disgust you at what your carpet is hiding.
Review: We have an appraisal on our home today... needless to say, my wife and I were scrambling to get things neat and organized, which is not my strongest point. We only have carpet in two rooms and have been talking about replacing the dingy old things with ...

Epinions More good points than bad

by  vintnerdon,  Jul 6, 2007
Pros: Best cleaner I have used and I have tried a few. Left the carpet dryest.
Cons: Clean water tank too small, release latch failed causing breakage.
The Bottom Line: If you have carpet and a dog or kids, you need a cleaner. This provides heated water and good cleaning. I like it and use it a lot.
Review: Guy I know had paid a 'professional' carpet cleaner to clean his carpet. His dog had too many accidents and the carpet was pretty bad. After the carpet dried, the stains reappeared-this often happens with carpet, looks different wet than dry, so if you ...

Epinions Great value - best features

by  jta552,  Dec 24, 2007
Pros: Great features, easy to use & clean, nice set of tools
Cons: There is a red filter with a cover that swings closed too easily. Minor problem.
Review: I have cleaned carpets professionally for over 25 years. Truck mounts, portables, etc. so I know a little about the equipment used. I can bring a truck-mount home anytime but the 9400 is so convenient and easy to use that it is what I use at home. No, ...

Epinions Deep cleaning power

by  mark_k12,  Apr 14, 2006
Pros: easy to use, cleans well, large water tank
Cons: awkward latch location on water tank, noisier than earlier model
Review: After having reviewed many other units online and trying out friends units, I bought this model in hopes that my carpets would sparkle. Bissell has done a nice job with this machine. The previous machine i tried, a Bissell Pro-Heat (model 8910?) did ...

Epinions Pro Heat Bissell

by  jefhatfield,  Jan 29, 2008
Pros: For the price, this Bissell is good for homes.
Cons: This model, but like all models in its price range, is heavy and loud.
The Bottom Line: For anything from a small house to a small business, this model is hard to beat.
Review: I have a small shih-tzu puppy and for the first time, I needed a wet vacuum to clean up after him. On top of the new puppy, I spoil him and it took him some time to get housebroken. So when it came time to buy a wet vacuum, I wanted to buy a rather ...
