Great Steam Cleaner for the price

The Bottom Line: I would recommend this product, cleans very well.
This is a great carpet cleaner. I was shocked to see how much filth it sucked up from the carpet. I also make it a point to rinse the carpet afterward and the water often is still dirty.
I thought it was quite expensive, but that I would take the chance and try it out...I also had a 20% off coupon from Linen N Things, which made it even cheaper.
Even though I had to return it once and get a replacement, I would buy it again. Used the first one I got about 3 times and then went to use it in the spring 4 months later and it wouldn't suck up the water, then the soap spilled out onto the carpet. Luckily Linen N Things exchanged it for a new one. I had it less than 6 months and had lost my receipt, I was surprised. You do have to change the water more often than I would like, but I'm sure it's similar with any home carpet cleaners.
It really cuts down on dust, allergens and pet hair. We have 2 small dogs and they tend to shed quite a bit. The fine hair doesn't always get picked up with a regular vacuum, but this steam cleaner doesn't miss a hair.
