More good points than bad

The Bottom Line: If you have carpet and a dog or kids, you need a cleaner. This provides heated water and good cleaning. I like it and use it a lot.

Very user-friendly and great cleaning!

The Bottom Line: Run out and get this machine if you like to have clean carpets at your convenience, it works great and is easy to use.
Review: I did a lot of research before purchasing the Bissell cleaner. I was skeptical of home carpet cleaners as past experiences were messy, cumbersome and performed poorly.
