Bissell ProHeat Turbo Deep Cleaner Upright Steam Cleaner

I purchased this product to replace a Hoover steamvac. Too my
dismay I had to have a new belt put on after the first time I used it. Debris collects on the bottom of the tank and goes inside the unit ruining the belt. They should have a screen there.
It does not pick up water well and dirty water runs out onto the surface you just cleaned. Carpet looks good until it dries,then looks dirtier. I am very dissatisfied with this steam cleaner. Very poor product design. I expected more from bissell. Save your money. I just threw mine away.
