Braun 360 Electric Rechargeable Shaver (8995)

The Bottom Line: I recommend the Braun 360 because it delivers beyond it's promise.
This is the best electric shaver I have ever had! I have a very wirey beard with hair that grows in many directions and very sensitive skin. I had given up on electric shavers and for years used a blade. Five years ago I had to give up using a blade because of an alergic reaction to shaving creams and lotions, so I went back to an electric shaver, selecting a Braun available in my local CVS Pharmacy. It finally died two months ago and the research began.
The reviews I read about the Braun 360 were encouraging and, given Braun's 30-day return policy, I decided to give it a try.
I am thrilled beyond my expectations! The razor cuts my tough beard with a minimum of effort, providing an amazingly close shave. If a blade shave is a 10, the shave I get with the Braun 360 is a 9.92, and it is so close, it lasts all day.
I purchased the 8995 model of the Braun 360, the model with the cleaning device. (Model 8975 does not have the cleaning device.) Some reviews said the cleaning liquid cartridges can get expensive, but I am following the advise I read in a review and using the cleaning devise every other day. I also brush the wiskers out every day. As of this writing, I have completed one month of shaves and not used even half of one cartridge.
This is the best investment I have ever made in personal grooming! I do recommend allowing up to 4 weeks for your face and wiskers to get accustomed to the new shaver. For me, it was just under 3 weeks. I can't imagine it getting any better.
