Linksys WRT54GC Wireless Router

I purchased a Linksys WRT54GC router a few years ago whilst on Tiscali broadband when I needed a wireless connection.

A lovely compact router that is easy to setup and use. I had no problems with this router at all in the 2 years that I was running it and a friend from work purchased one shortly after I did on my recommendation and is still using it today without any problem.

The WRT54GC is an excellent home router, connects any wireless device with ease and allows WPA secure encryption which is more than I can say about my current BT HomeHub.

The WRT5GC is currently sitting in a drawer waiting for me to find a use for it again. The only issue that I found with the router was that it could get very hot when positioned base down but this was solved when standing it on its side using the supplied fold out feet.
