Frustrating Red-Eye Reduction

The Bottom Line: The SX10 IS offers a lot of cool features, good zoom and crisp image quality...but not without some hassles.
Review: I don't know what Canon's deal is but this is our 2nd Canon mid-range camera with a red-eye reduction feature that is completely useless.  It simply doesn't work.  I actually sent our last one in for repair because I thought the feature was broken...
