Awesome Camera - Learn To Use It

My wife insisted we get this camera despite my objection to its high price tag.

It is great in the daylight. I can shoot for hours with no qualms and love the picture quality. Indoors is a different problem, the reason we got this camera was for getting "instant" pictures that we were missing with our point and shoot camera. The XTI is awesome and firing off 3-4 shots in a row in low light, but tends to become very very sluggish between shots after that stating that it's "busy" between shots.

We're going to take the classes so we know how to properly use the camera, but this has been a disappointment to us. I'm hoping to find out the cause of the problem during class.

We bought the additional lenses and other equipment and it seems to work well, I love the battery it comes with. It's much better than our point and shoot cameras bar none I just wish that there was more info on the "busy" message that I keep getting! We have friends with the same camera who love it, our wedding photographer used the XT at our wedding so we know we have a great camera at our disposal!
