Canon PowerShot S3 IS Digital Camera

Our school Dist bought a Cannon cause of its repetation. This camera shot grainy, pictures right out of the box on the auto settngs. Moved the ISO setting to 80 and still very bad images.
Worst part of the issue is dealing with "Best Buy" and trying to return it.
They have fixed in their minds this camera never messes up and will not refund your money no matter what proof they are shown, and want to hit you a 15% ($56 doller) restocking fee. We buy lots of electronics for our school district , no more will be purched from "Worst buy" as we felt they were trying to rip off the school.
Trying to deal with these people is like talking to a fence post.
Funny how a billion doller company is ran by min wage teenagers that are not customer friendly and have no
"people skills". Their bottem line is "NO". WE also seen other very up-set customers in the Bakersfield, CA store too.
I believe this is how the "Good guys " store died in this town.
