Looks like the real thing

The Cisco IP Communicator Full Version for PC looks and works like the real Cisco IP phones you can buy (think it is like 7960 series). You have 8 quick buttons on the side which can either be set up as lines coming in or as quick dials.

All the buttons work in the same way as the real phone. The graphics of the software is really good.

Only problem is that if the bandwidth is bad or your machine is running a lot of applications at the same time as being on the phone, it will break up the conversation and you may have issues. Other than that a very good bit of software
