Creative Technology Zen V Plus (2 GB) MP3 Player

I bought this mp3 originally as I liked the design and couldn’t afford much else. I found it a very good mp3 and used it regularly for just over a year when the screen started to get dimmer suddenly. In less than a week it was completely blank. As it had just gone out of warranty I would have to pay almost as much as a new one to have it repaired. This appears to be a problem that often occurs with this mp3 player. I found the memory was fairly limiting and if I were to buy another creative zen it would not be a V plus.
