No Flash

I bought the camera for its price and look. I enjoyed the prospects of all the handy features. However, when I couldn't take a picture in low light because the flash wouldn't work, I was very distraught. I have tried on many occasions to contact the company to see what is going on, but they have not contacted me. So, now I am left with a cheap camera that takes horrible pictures and eats batteries. Buyer Beware.
