FIRST REVIEW FOR ER-6i ^^

The Bottom Line: I recommend it for Travellers, Business men, Students, and Audiophiles for good sound.
Well I just got it today and my first impression was like OMG OMG OMG!!! Ok i unwraped it and took everything out. I was dissappointed to see so little things in the box, but hey what can they really give you anyways. Manual, some more paper, and earphones in bag with cleaner and those spungee earphones.
ok lets get down to the nitty gritty
Sound
OH YEAH! I think these are a little too good because now i know how crappy my mp3's really are. It picks up almost every bit of static unless you play it really loud. Compared to my EX-71's i previously had these are better WAY! better but not worth 2X the price more. BASS for all you bass lovers out there is not bad. You may hear ppl say it has bad bass, yes they are right but if you mess around with the EQ that can be compensated for if you put in the plugs right.
Comfort
I'm getting use to them, they have a tighter fit than the EX-71's but i guess this is where the noise cancelling comes into play. Its not hard to get it in properly just shove it in don't be shy it won't ruin your ears. But when you pull them out THEY CLEAN YOUR EARS FOR YOU :) BTW you forget after a while that they are in your ears.
Other Stuff
People say the cord is flimsy, I don't think so. I kind of like it the way it is cuz its nice and flexible if I were to twist and turn. When i first say these earphones i thought WTF i paid for this but you gotta put them on and listen to music to know its true value. Oh I love how they are WHITE! Though I have a green ipod.
Conclusion
I hope these last longer than my EX-71's and EX-51's cuz i've gone through a total of 2 pairs of 71's and 3 pairs of 51's...either stolen or broken down. So I hope the quality is a lot better. COME ON ETYMOTIC!!! These babies are awsome, the sound is awsome! GO BUY IT NOW!!!
