I was bought the fuji finepix s5800 for a gift. I had previously had a 10mp well known camera and I thought that this was going to be nothing compared to the other one I had. But low and behold it was 10x better. The picture quality was amazing and the fact that it is very easy to use was great too. The only downsides are it is quite bulky, heavy and does not charge!! I think if it charged up it would be great. But saying that it will last around 300 pictures including flash bewteen battery changes, as long as you use proper batteries (non of the cheap ones)
I would definately recommend it to anyone looking for a decent bridging camera, much better than the normal digital but not quite a SLR!
