Pros: Very comfortable, very secure for baby.
Cons: Took time and patience to set it up initially.
The Bottom Line: Once you have learned how to use this carrier, you will marvel at its ease of use and comfort.
Review: I purchased this carrier to replace an inexpensive Fisher Price model which I purchased at a garage sale. The Fisher Price model was not at all comfortable.

Pros: Adjustability. Appearance on males. Trusted name brand.
Cons: Takes some patience to get used to.
The Bottom Line: We're not having any more kids, but ours will definitely be passed along when we are done with it (with hints on how to use it well).

Cons: 'B' grade on comfort and fit.
The Bottom Line: The Kelty K.I.D.S. Koala is a nice front carrier, but if you can afford it, I would recommend upgrading to the Kelty Kangaroo front carrier.
