Kodak EASYSHARE 3 Laser Photo Printer

Ordred the Kodac Easyshare 3 over 3 weeks ago and it finally arrived yesterday. Unfortunatley after connecting it up and loading the software, then reloading the software, all it printed was one and a half test pages and stopped. I was told that it was a software issue, so I unloaded and reloaded it, but printed one page and stopped. In desperation  I unplugged it and took it to friends house to try it on their laptop and it did the same so it's deffinatley the printer at fault. The supplier is not answering my emails, hence I'm sat here looking at a usless printer.
