Terrible camera and service from Kodak

The Bottom Line: Don't buy this camera or any other camera from Kodak if you are expecting any kind of good warranty.
I recently purchased the Kodak 7300 at Shoppers Drug Mart. It was purchased at the end of November for Christmas and was used Christmas day. I wasn't too happy with the results of the pictures that required flash. Also, every one of the subjects (even brown eyes) had red eye. I contacted Kodak after I compared the same photo with my Kodak DC3200 (a 2 megapixel) and my new 7300. I was asked to send them copies of the pictures and they determined that there was something wrong with my camera. The camera was just over 7 weeks old and since this was past their 30 days warranty I had to pay for the shipping and was not able to return it to the store. Then Kodak sends me an email to say that there is nothing wrong with my camera, and that even though I purchased a 3.2 megapixel camera, that my older DC3200 was actually a better camera. I was given the option of upgrading but only to the next 2 models up. Also, through the kindness of their hearts, and not any more, they would allow me to receive $69.00 back on the camera I JUST purchased for $111.00 plus tax. I will never buy another Kodak camera again!!!!!
