Not worth the paper it prints on (if it prints)

The Bottom Line: Lousy tech support, lower capacity than specified cartridges, poor print quality. Hard to control. Please look at another brand! Read USER reviews first!

You WILL spend LOTS of money in cartridge

The Bottom Line: Avoid it. Unless you or your company has a large and uncontrolled budget allocated to toner cartridges.
Review: I own this printer for about year and a half. Since I bought the printer I have changed the Black cartridge three (3) times and the color cartridge twice (2). Each cartridge cost around $100.

Even if you decide to only buy the Black...

Don't buy this printer

The Bottom Line: Do not buy it, and if you do, don't expect any service from Lexmark.
Review: Specifications and value cannot be faulted, BUT.

1. Mine just doesn't work any more! (See specifics below)
2. Lexmark support ignore their emails, and on the costly phone support promise to call you back and never do.

Lack of support and service

The Bottom Line: The product is quite good, but I would recommend that either the vendors or Lexmark would provide better service and support.
