For true music lovers, the Zune is flat-out better than an iPod.

The Bottom Line: If you're a music lover, the 120gb Zune with Zune Plan is unbeatable.
Review: C'mon, folks. The iPod is so 2006. Sure, the iPhone gives you a touch screen and... a phone. But it's got a flash drive, so it only holds 16gb of music.

If you're any kind of music lover, that won't do. And video uses even more space...

Faulty Operating System

Review: I enjoyed my Zune for about 2 months. But then it wouldn't start and provided an error. Off the top of my head I forget the exact error. However, I did try all forms of System Restore without avail. Microsoft was of little help as well.
