Horrible unit for US citizens

My husband bought this unit for me for Christmas. I was excited to see that it included an MP3 on it. When I looked for the USB cord to hook it to my computer, I saw there was none. I went to the first Mio website listed on Google, typed in c320, then went to accessories. "In the box" listed among other things was a USB cord. So I called Radio Shack. They asked if the box had been tampered with. I said no. They told me to call the company. I contacted customer service. They told me that I had gone to a Belgian website, and since I was a US citizen, not Belgian, I couldn't get the USB cord. After arguing with them for an hour, telling them that the website was in English, that it didn't say "For Belgian citizens only", and that it was outrageous that US citizens are treated so badly, the supervisor told me to email Paul Sanchez. I asked to be transferred, he couldn't do that. I asked for a direct number, he couldn't give me that. So I emailed Mr. Sanchez 3 days ago. I still haven't received a response. Therefore I purchased a MUCH better unit, a Garmin Nuvi 350. They treat US citizens MUCH better! They not only include a USB cable (like EVERY other GPS company) they also include a case, and a home charger (both of those you have to pay extra for if you buy a Mio). I got my Garmin for $279. It gets much better reviews that the Mio, they care about ALL their customers, and you get more bang for your buck! Think about this, if Mio is going to respond so poorly to customers over a $17 USB cable, what are they going to do about your $300 unit? Buy from a company that doesn't discriminate against US citizens!!!
